Returns & Refunds
1. How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
2. When am I eligible for a free return or exchange?
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs, and you may choose a full refund or a free replacement (please contact us within 3 days and provide photos or videos).
3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Exchanges are not available for this case.
4. How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Policy
1. How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, including 1–2 business days for handling and 4–5 business days for transit.
2. How much does shipping cost and when are orders processed?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.95 per order. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Where do you ship and which carriers are used?
We currently ship within the United States only (excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Orders are shipped via DHL or USPS, depending on availability.
4. What if my order is delayed, damaged, or returned?
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees apply. Please contact us if your order is damaged or not received within 15 days from the shipping date.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or major credit/debit cards supported by PayPal.
2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure system with advanced encryption and fraud protection. We do not store or access your card or banking details.
3. When is my order confirmed and processed?
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization by PayPal. Orders with failed or declined payments will not be placed or processed.
