We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 9 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Eligible Return Cases

We accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

This includes items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged, distorted, or crushed during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent

In these cases: We will cover all return shipping costs. You may choose between a full refund or a free replacement.

Important:
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

2. Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility)

We also accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Items must meet all return conditions listed below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after the 10-day window
  • The item shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Required photo or video evidence is not provided
  • The item was returned without prior approval

Return Process & Shipping Label

All returns must be approved by our support team first. We will provide a prepaid return label for every approved return case. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges are not supported for change-of-mind requests.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
