Shipping Policy

Total Delivery Time

All orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Cost

  • Flat shipping rate: $8.95 per order

Shipping Time Frame

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 4–5 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 7:00 PM

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.2

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories or islands (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.)

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via DHL or USPS, depending on destination and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Incorrect Address & Returned Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional reshipping fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your order within 15 days from the shipping date, please contact us for assistance.
