• Shipping Area: We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any international/APO/FPO addresses.
• Tracking: A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. If you don’t get one within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
• Incorrect Addresses: Soultrix is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Lost Packages: If a correctly addressed package is lost by the carrier, Soultrix will help investigate and may offer a replacement or full refund.

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery (items must be unused, with tags and original packaging).

Non-returnable items include those that have been worn, washed, or marked as “Final Sale.”

To start a return, email support@soultrix.com with your order details — we will provide a return label and instructions if return request is approved.

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (return shipping covered).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after your return is received, inspected and approved.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
