1. 90-Day Return Window
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please hold on to your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Our Simple Return Process
To ensure your return is handled correctly, do not send your item back to us before contacting our team. Our packages don’t come with a return label, so we’ll need to guide you through the process.
To get started, email our support team at support@soultrix.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number.
- Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details is perfect).
- The reason for your return.
If your item is damaged or defective, please include a photo or video so we can process your request faster.
Our team will review the proof you provide via email. After we have finished our review, we will notify you of the result and provide a return label and the necessary instructions. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request and send the return label to your email.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Any items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size).
“Change of Mind” Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind (e.g., you want a different color or style). If you wish to exchange an item for this reason, please follow our standard return process for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Incorrect Item Exchange: If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll gladly send you a new replacement. In this case, we will cover all associated shipping costs. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
Refunds for Approved Returns: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the funds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, a cancellation may not be possible if the product has already begun production. Approved refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 days.
Important Note: After we process your refund, it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account. This timeframe can vary depending on your financial institution.
