All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. This includes preparing, printing, and carefully packing your items. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Cost

We currently ship only within the United States. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Carriers: USPS or trusted national carriers

PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO

We proudly ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please make sure to enter complete and accurate information to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or outlying islands due to higher risks of package loss and extended delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soultrix is not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We will try to correct the address if the order hasn’t been processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.

If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will reach out for a corrected address and you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of a customer error, Soultrix is not liable, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

U.S. Holidays – No Processing or Shipping

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. public holidays:

Refund and Returns Policy
