1. What is Soultrix?

Soultrix is a fashion brand that specializes in high-quality, graphic-printed t-shirts designed for everyday style and comfort. Each design is crafted with creativity, individuality, and bold expression in mind.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations at this time.

3. How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of order size (applied automatically at checkout).

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (via USPS or a similar carrier) You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes – you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin production and may not be able to make changes. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need help.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

7. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your Soultrix account to view order status and tracking details.
