Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Soultrix, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you need to cancel your order or update the shipping details, we’re here to support you. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines on cancellations and exchanges.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a cancellation request.

  • If your request is received within the 12-hour window and your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If the order is already being processed or printed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Address Changes

If your order has entered production but has not yet shipped, you may request a shipping address change.

To update your delivery address, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to make any further changes.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges (e.g., size or color) once an order has been placed. If you wish to change a product, please:

  1. Cancel the original order within the 12-hour window (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order with the desired specifications

Alternatively, once you receive the item, you may return it according to our Refund & Returns Policy and place a new order separately.
