Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, we’ve created a straightforward return policy. By placing an order with Soultrix, you agree to the terms below, which apply to the United States.

1. 90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please hold on to your receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Our Simple Return Process

To ensure your return is handled correctly, do not send your item back to us before contacting our team. Our packages don’t come with a return label, so we’ll need to guide you through the process.

To get started, email our support team at support@soultrix.com with the following details:

• Your full name and order number.
• Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details is perfect).
• The reason for your return.
• If your item is damaged or defective, please include a photo or video so we can process your request faster.

After we review your request, we will provide you with a return label and the necessary instructions.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size). If you’re returning a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, the funds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please keep in mind that it might take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, a cancellation might not be possible if the product has already begun production. Approved refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 days.
